Middle Eastern Countries Legal Systems Master Program is an advanced master's program designed to provide an interdisciplinary and critical examination of institutions and practices and to provide an academic and scientific approach to issues such as how to benefit from past legal and judicial accumulation and how to address new legal problems while seeking solutions to today's legal problems. Focusing on both historical and contemporary perspectives, the program also provides the opportunity to investigate how Islamic law is applied in practice beyond theory in its own neighbourhood and logic, and the adventure of legal life and legislative activities in Islamic countries from history to the present.

The master's program will include semester courses and seminars, as well as additional seminars, workshops and panel discussions related to the field. Students will also participate in group discussions, presentations and critical debates on contemporary legal issues in the Middle East. Graduates of the Master Program will be well-equipped for careers in academia, research institutions, and various legal, governmental and non-governmental sectors. Career paths include positions in international law, human rights organizations, policy analysis, diplomatic services and regional governance. The program also prepares students for academic careers in law, political science and Middle Eastern studies and provides a strong foundation for further doctoral studies.

Undergraduate students from faculties and departments such as Theology, Islamic Sciences, Law, Political Science, Political Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Social Sciences and History can apply to the master's program. By engaging with cutting-edge and comprehensive research and a variety of theoretical perspectives, students will gain a deep understanding and knowledge of the region's legal life journey from history to the present. The program's emphasis on qualitative research prepares students to engage directly with legal institutions and issues in the region and to contribute to both academic and policy debates.
